Open Country Contracting specializes in Project Management following a detailed plan of execution. We have successfully completed Custom Homes, Development Sites, and large Renovation Projects using a system that produces the best result. Whatever the size of the job, the focus is to bring together a plan of each category of the project before we begin. Creating a package describing all the details of the project gives us the builder a clear path of execution, and the client a clear picture of the end result.

SITE SUPERVISION

Our on-site presence is responsible for executing the plan laid out before the start of the project. The site-supervisor communicates closely with our team of trades about time-line and scope of work outlined in the project plan. The site-supervisor is also responsible to keep quality control and ensure that all work is completed fair, safe, and according to code.
